How to Whitelist an Email Address in cPanel?

Step 1: Login to cPanel Account.
Step 2: Under the Email Panel, click Spam Filters.
Step 3: Apache SpamAssassin have been enabled automatically. Click Show Additional Configurations, under Additional Configurations.
Step 4: Choose Whitelist and Click Edit Spam Whitelist Settings under Whitelist.
* Click Add New ‘whitelist_from’ Item.
* Type email address on whitelist_from field.
* Click Add New “whitelist_from” to add more.
* Click Update Whitelist.
Step 5: The confirmation message will appear on top right.
