Step 1: Login to cPanel.
Step 2: Go to ‘FTP Accounts’ in ‘File’ section.
Step 3: Scroll down and look for the user.
Step 4: Select ‘Change password’ from the drop down menu in ‘Functions’ column.
Step 5: Next screen will ask the new password. Supply new strong password two times
Step 6: Click ‘Change’ button
