Step1: Login to your cPanel account.
Step2: Go to BoxTrapper under Email.
Step3: Select the email account and click on Manage.
Step4: Click on the Edit White/Black/Ignore Lists option.
Step5: Click on the Edit Whitelist option.
Step6: Enter the address or subject to be whitelisted.
Step7: Click on Save.
