Step 1: Log in to the cPanel
Step 2: Click Database Backups under JetBackup panel.
Step 3: Under Database Backups, choose the date you’d like to download and click Generate Download.
Step 4: Click Add to Download Queue. The request will be in progress.
Step 5: Click Download once it’s available under Actions.
