Step 1: Log into your cPanel account via http://cpanel.domainname.com
Step 2: Open the option File Manager from cPanel menu.
Step 3: Navigate to the Document Root folder of your website and right-click and select Compress.
Step 4: Enter the path and select Compress files.
Step 5: Once the Archive has created, right-click and then click Download.
Step 6: Now navigate to the cPanel option phpMyAdmin and click on the website’s database.
Step 7: Click on Export on the top menu bar on top and then click Go.
