Step1: Login to your database via the Phpmyadmin
Step2: Select the database and click on the _users table.
Step3: Locate the user you want to change the password for and click Edit
Step4: From the user_pass line select “MD5” from the drop-down menu, then on the right type the password you want in PLAIN TEXT .
Step5: Click on GO to update the password.
