How to approve an email that bounced back for approval due to large number of recipients in a cPanel mailing list?

Step 1: Log into your cPanel account.

Step 2: Open the Mailing Lists option from the cPanel menu.

Step 3: Click on Manage respective to the group or list.

Step 4: On the manage page, click on Tend to pending moderator requests.

Step 5: Select Accept and then click on Submit all data.
