Step 1: Log into your cPanel account.
Step 2: Open the Mailing Lists option from the cPanel menu.
Step 3: Click on Manage respective to the group or list.
Step 4: On the manage page, click on Privacy options and scroll to the bottom.
Step 5: Respective to Who can view subscription list? option select Anyone abd click on Subit your changes.
Step 6: You can view the members of the list by visiting http:/domainname/mailman/roster/listname_domainname in a browser.
