Step 1: Open Outlook and navigate to File > Account settings.
Step 2: Select the account and click on Repair option.
Step 3: In the Incoming and Outgoing settings, use SSL port 993(IMAP) or 995(POP) and select SSL and use port 465 and select SSL respectively.
Step 4: Click Next.
Note: If the settings are already in SSL, then use Non-SSL ports.
