Step 1: Sign into your G Suite account in the browser via https://mail.google.com
Step 2: In the same browser, load the page https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps
Step 3: Turn on the Allow less secure apps: option.
Step 4: Close and open the Outlook client again.
Step 5: Try to add the account to Outlook client now once again.
