I’m able to access my cPanel email account only from Non-SSL ports in Outlook.

Step 1: Log into your WHM for your VPS server.

Step 2: Navigate to Tweak Settings under Server Configuration.

Step 3: Scroll down to Require SSL for cPanel Services under Security section and select Off.

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
