Step 1: Sign into your Office admin account via https://portal.office.com
Step 2: Navigate to Exchange admin center.
Step 3: On the left pane, click Mail flow >> Message trace.
Step 4: Click Start a trace button on the top-left.
Step 5: Enter the details and find the message and view it.
Step 6: Scroll down to the bottom and click on Submit message and then select one from the drop-down.
Step 7: Click on New submission and fill the details.
