How to remove yourself from the blocked senders list in Office 365?

Step 1: Go to https://sender.office.com in a web browser.

Step 2: Enter the email address and the IP address.

Step 3: Click Submit.

Step 4: Click the confirmation link in the email sent to your email address by the delisting portal.

Step 5: In the delist portal, click Delist IP.
