How to Outlook cannot synchronize IMAP subscribed folders error during send/receive issue?

Step 1: Open the Microsoft Outlook application.

Step 2: Go to File tab. Click on Account Settings>>Account Settings.

Step 3: Under Emails tab, select your account name and then click on Remove option.

Step 4: Close and open the Outlook application again.

Step 5: Go to File tab. Click on Account Settings>>Account Settings.

Step 6: Click on Add Account option and enter your IMAP account login details and incoming and outgoing server correctly.

Step 7: Click Next.

Step 8: Switch to Send/Receive tab and click the send/receive button.
