Step 1: Open your Outlook mail client and click ‘Account Settings’ under File > Account Settings.
Step 2: Click the Exchange or Office 365 account, and then click Change.
Step 3: Navigate under Offline Settings and check whether the ‘Use Cached Exchange Mode’ is enabled or not
Step 4: You can switch from Cache Exchange Mode to Online exchange mode by uncheck the above opion
Step 5: Exit, and then restart Outlook.
