How to Set Up Email Encryption in cPanel

Step 1: Log in to the cPanel using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Email section and click on Encryption.

Step 3: In the Create a New Key section, enter the required details in the appropriate fields (Name, Email, Password, etc). Use password generator to create a strong password.

Step 4: Then, select expiration date and preferred key size and click on Generate key.

Step 5: To share your Public Key with others, click on View next to the Public Key. Copy the key and send it to the people you want to communicate securely with.

Note:
cPanel does not provide built-in email encryption for Webmail; you need a third-party email client that supports PGP.

If you use Webmail (Roundcube), you need a browser extension like Mailvelope to handle encryption and decryption.
