How to add a password recovery email account to cPanel webmail

Step 1: Open a web browser and log into your server via http://yourdomainname:2096

Step 2: Click on Webmail Home on the left pane.

Step 3: Navigate to the option Account Preferences and click on Update My Contact Information.

Step 4: Enter the recovery email account in the Enter a second email address field.

Step 5: Click Save.
