All the spam emails are delivering to the webmail account inbox instead of junk or spam folder

Step 1: Log into your cPanel account.

Step 2: Search and open MailScanner.

Step 3: Click Other Settings.

Step 4: Decrease the High scoring spam setting value to somthing less than it already is.

Step 5: Click Change button.
