Step1: Login to your cPanel account with your login credentials.
Step2: Click on the WordPress Management tool in the left-side on the navigation pane or search and navigate to the WordPress Management under Domains option.
Step3: Click on the Themes options.
Step4: Select the theme that you wish to update and click update to update the theme version.
