How to Send/Receive email only when you want to in Outlook?

Step 1: Open Outlook email client.

Step 2: Switch to the Send/Receive option in the menubar.

Step 3: Click on Send/Receive Groups > Define Send/Receive Groups.

Step 4: Select the All accounts entry and check the Include this group in send/receive checkbox.

Step 5: Click Close.
