Step 1: Sign in to cPanel with your credential.
Step 2: Navigate to the Email section and select on the MailScanner
Step 3: Look for the option: Email black/whitelist setting
Step 4: Click on the respective option and add the domain or IP address in the respective boxes to whitelist and blacklist.
Whitelist settings – To Whitelist the email from a domain/IP and save the changes.
Blacklist settings – To blacklist the email from a domain/IP and save the changes.
