I’m seeing 404 error when I click on the pages in menu on my WordPress

Step 1: Log into cPanel.

Step 2: Open File Manager option from the menu.

Step 3: Navigate to the Document Root which is usually public_html

Step 4: Open or create the .htaccess file if it does not exist already.

Step 5: Get the default htaccess code from https://wordpress.org/support/article/htaccess/

STep 6: Save the file and try accessing the menu now.
