I’m receiving the error “You have already installed Office on 2 computers” when activating Office 365 in PC.

Step 1: Sign into Office 365 admin portal via https://portal.office.com

Step 2: Visit the URL https://portal.office.com/Account#installs in the same browser you have logged into portal.

Step 3: Click on the Devices drop-down button.

Step 4: The list of devices with the licnese information will be displayed.

Step 5: Click on Sign Out respective to the desktop you find suspicious.

Step 6: If all the systems are valid, then check your plan and its device limits.
