How to view email headers in Apple email client

Step 1: Open the Apple Mail client on your local PC.
Step 2: Locate and double-click to open the email message that you wish to view the headers.
Step 3: Now, choose “View” at the top menu and select “Customize Toolbars” option.
Step 4: Move the “Full Headers” or “Long Headers” options icon into your toolbar and save changes.
Step 5: Once you are done, you can view the header information for the result.
