Step -1: Go to the IIS Manager IIS Manager by clicking on Tools in the taskbar and then Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
Step -2: Expand the Connections pane, then click the Sites folder, and choose the domain name
Step -3: Select HTTP REDIRECT in the Features view pane
Step -4: Click a check next to Redirect requests to this destination: and enter the target url in the text box below.
Step -5: Choose the Redirect behavior as per your requirement or leave everything as unchecked for simple redirect.
Step -6: Set the status code as Permanent (301) for permanent redirection.
