How to set up limits on the number of outgoing email messages for a mailbox

Step 1: Navigate to Websites & Domains > Mail Settings of the relevant domain.

Step 2: Access the Email Addresses tab.

Step 3: Choose one or more email addresses by selecting the check boxes.

Step 4: Click on Limit Outgoing Messages in the toolbar.

Step 5: Adjust the Limit on outgoing messages field.

Step 6: Alternatively, you can click on the specific email address and modify The maximum number of outgoing email messages.
