Step1: Open your Outlook application in your desktop.
Step2: Click on the Files option in the top navigation pane.

Step3: Click on the Options near the left bottom of the screen.

Step4: Click on the Mail in the navigation pane and select the Signature option.

Step5: Create a new signature and type a name and then OK.

Step6: Also, choose the default signature for new messages & replies and then click on the OK to save changes.
