How to restrict IP address to access website under IIS web server

Go to the IIS Manager
Expand the Server Name, Sites, and select the website in the Connection Panel.
In the Features pane, select the IP Address and Domain Restriction feature.
Click Add Deny Entry in the Actions pane in the IP address and Domain restrictions feature.
Add the IP address that you wish to deny and click OK.
