Step1: Sign in to Microsoft 365 Admin center with admin credential (https://portal.office.com)
Step2: Click on the three dots at the top left corner, then select OneDrive to open the OneDrive web interface.
Step3: On the OneDrive page, click on Recycle Bin in the navigation pane, then click on the Second-stage Recycle Bin to view more deleted items.
Step4: Now, you can get the mistakenly deleted data from the Secondary-stage recycle bin.
Note: If you’re using OneDrive Personal, and deleted from Recycle Bin, and 30 days have passed → data is permanently deleted.
For Onedrive Business – After Recycle Bin, deleted items go to the second-stage recycle bin for 93 days total (including time in first bin).
