Step 1: Start SPMT, and then enter your Microsoft 365 username and password.
Step 2: Select Start your first migration.
Step3:Select File Share.
Step4: Enter the source path of the file share where your content is located, and then select Next.
Step 5: Enter the URL of the SharePoint site where you want your files migrated, and then select Next.
Step 6: Select the document library to where your files will be copied, and then select Next.
Step 7 :This task is added to the list. If you want to select another set of data files to migrate, select Add another source.
Step 8: When you have finished selecting your sources, select Next.
Step 9: Review your settings, and then select Migrate.
