How to Install Node.js and NPM on Windows

Step 1: Download Node.js Installer

Go to the web browser, enter the URL: https://nodejs.org/en/download/. Select the Windows Installer button to download the latest version. It also comes with the NPM package manager.

Step 2: Install Node.js and NPM

1. Once the download completed go to file manager and browse to the location where you have saved the downloaded file and double-click it to launch.
2. click Run.
3. The Node.js welcome pang will appears, click Next.
4. Click Next to agree to the license agreement and install the software.
5. You can mention the destination for the files or Leave it as default path and click Next.
6. Click the Install button to Install the Node.js and click Finish.
