How to get the Get and Post request logs in Windows server

Step -1: Open IIS Manager:

Open the Run dialog Via the Windows key + R, then type “inetmgr” and press Enter.

Step -2: Select the Website:

In the IIS Manager, expand the server node and click “Sites” option to see a list of websites. Select the website for which you want to check the access log.

Step -3: Make sure that logging feature is enabled for the website. If the feature is no Select the “Logging” feature in the middle pane of IIS Manager. Click on “Enable” in the right Actions pane to enable logging.

Step -4: View the Log:

By default, the logs are usually stored in the /System drive (Local disk C)/inetpub/logs/LogFiles directory. Inside this directory, you will find a sub-directory for all the websites, named with the website’s ID or name. Inside the website’s log directory, you can see the log files with names like “u_exYYMMDD.log,” where YYMMDD represents the date (year, month, and day) when the log was created.
