How to generate email Archiving for CloudMail account via Office admin panel

Step 1: Login to the Cloud office admin panel using the below URL

Step 2: Go to section in top right and select Domains option.
Step 3: Click on the Email Archiving option under Manage section.
Step 4: Search the domain name (If you have more that one domain under your panel) that you want to archive the email account.
Step 5: Click on the manage ->Manage My Archiving button and it will redirect to new interface.
Step 6: Click on the Start-> new search button.
Step 7: Click on the Advanced button in top right.
Step 8: Enter the necessary details to archive the email account.
Step 9: Enter the email account that you want to archive in Recipients box.
Step 10: Click on the Save and display results button to initiate the process.
Step 11: Click on Exports my results option to download the file.
