Step 1:Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
Step 2: Hover over weForms and click Tools. You’ll be on the Export tab.
Step 3:You’ll have two main options for exporting weForms content:
Step 4: Export Forms – Export All Forms or Selected Forms from the list
Step 5: Form Entries – Form submissions
