Exporting:
Step 1 : Login to the Plesk panel with the user credentials.
Step 2 : Goto Database section and Select the Export Dump option.
Step 3 : Select the Directory for dumping the database.
Step 4 : Select Automatically download dump after creation option to save the file both in the local PC and the server.
Importing:
Step 1 : Login to the Plesk panel with the user credentials.
Step 2 : Goto Database section and Select the Import Dump option.
Step 3 : Select Upload to browse a file from the local PC.
Step 4 : For restoring a file, select Import and select a file from the dump.
Step 5 : To import a database to a newly created database, select Recreate the database option to create a new database with an old name.
