Step -1: Go to the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
Step -2: Select the website from the server pool.
Step -3: Press double-click the Authentication icon.
Step -4: Select Windows Authentication from the Features view pane.
Step -5: Click Enable in the Actions pane.
Now, IIS allows Windows Authentication for your website.
