How to Disable server-wide greylisting protection for all domains in Plesk

Step 1: Navigate to Tools & Settings > Spam Filter (in the Mail group).

Step 2: Uncheck the “Switch on server-wide grey-listing spam protection” checkbox.

Step 3: Click OK.
