How to configure Routing and Remote Access with Static IP Address Pool.

Step 1: Select Start, point to Programs, navigate to Administrative Tools, and then choose Routing and Remote Access.

Step 2: Right-click on the server running Routing and Remote Access, and then select Properties.

Step 3: Click on the IP tab, choose Static address pool, and then click Add.

Step 4: Enter the start of the Internet Protocol (IP) address range in the Start IP address box, enter the end of the IP address range in the End IP address box, and then click OK.

Note: Ensure that you configure a pool of static IP addresses on a different network segment than the internal local area network (LAN).

Step 5: Select the Enable IP routing checkbox if it’s not already selected.

Step 6: Click OK.

Step 7: Enable TCP/IP forwarding.
