How to check the high CPU usage in Windows server

Step -1: Go to Start and type task, and then select Task Manager in the search results.

Step -2: By default the Task Manager window shows the Processes tab. You can see a single list of process names in the Name column, if you see the grouped processes you can expand.

Step -3: If you wish to sort the list by CPU usage, select the CPU column header. On the header the arrow points down to sort the CPU consumption data from highest to lowest.
