How to change the WordPress general settings without logging in

Step 1: Log into your cPanel.

Step 2: Open phpMyAdmin and click on the database the WordPress website is using.

Step 3: Click on the wp_options table.

Step 4: Click on edit button respective to the settings and make changes.

Step 5: Click Go.
