How to change the Joomla 1.5 username

Step 1: Login to Joomla admin area

Step 2: Go to Site and then User Manager.

Step 3: Check the box next to the administrator username

Step 4: Click the Edit button located at the top-right Joomla menu.

Step 5: In the Edit menu you should modify the name in the Username field.

Step 6: When you are done with the change, click the Save button.
