Step 1: On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.
Step 2: On the International tab, click Blocked Top-Level Domain List.
Step 3: In the list, select the check box for the country/region code that you want to block, or click Select All.
Step 4: Click OK in both open dialog boxes.
