How to archive emails?

Step 1: Log in to the cPanel.
Step 2: Click on Archive under Emails panel.
Step 3: Specify the length of time for incoming and outgoing emails to be retained by the system. Please make sure that the account has enough disk storage to save all the data. (Custom of 90 days is recommended.)
Step 4: Click on Apply to All My Domains and this will be the default configuration of all domain names in the cPanel account.
