How to add or change display name or other account information for an Office 365 account via admin panel?

Step 1: Sign in with your Office 365 admin account.

Step 2: In the Admin center, on the left pane, click Users drop-down and select Active users.

Step 3: Select an user from the list of users.

Step 4: Scroll down and select the option Manage Contact Information option.

Step 5: Enter the necessary account details and click Save Changes button.
