Action: If the customer wants to make the entire process seamless, please send us the username and password for the Vodien Account Manager.
Domain Transfer From Vodien
Please click on the hamburger menu beside ‘Domain Name’ and then click on ‘Registry Key.’
Action: Send us ( Oryon ) the password that appears in the popup menu.
Generate A backup On Vodien
- Login to Vodien Account Manager
2. Go to your web hosting plan with Vodien and click on Manage
3. Click on “+” button to expand and click on Control Panel to access Cpanel on Vodien
4. Find and go to Backup Wizard in Vodien Cpanel
5. Click On “Back Up” in Vodien Cpanel
6. Click on “Full Backup” in Vodien Cpanel
7. Wait for Backup to finish, click on the backup file to download and send it to us.
