• Eligibility
  This promotion is open exclusively to American Express Business Credit Card Members in Singapore.
  The offer is applicable only to new Google Workspace subscriptions and new customers of Oryon Networks Pte Ltd.
  The Offer is limited to a single use per company and cannot be redeemed more than once, even with multiple card sign-ups from the same company.
• Promotion Offer: Eligible customers can receive a promotional offer on the following Google Workspace subscription plans: Google Workspace Business Starter, Google Workspace Business Standard and Google Workspace Business Plus. This offer is subject to availability and is only accessible via a unique voucher code provided to the customer.
• Voucher Code Usage: Each eligible customer is entitled to redeem the promotion once using a unique voucher code. The voucher code is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other offers. The voucher must be used in accordance with the terms and guidelines provided at the time of issue.
• Availability: The promotional offer is limited to the first 500 customers who redeem the voucher code. Once the limit is reached, the promotion will no longer be available, regardless of the expiration date of individual voucher codes.
• Promotion Period: This offer is available until the redemption limit is reached or 31 August 2025, whichever occurs first. The start and end dates will be communicated to eligible customers through American Express’s promotional channels.
• Account Activation: After the redemption of the promotion, customers must follow the instructions provided to activate their Google Workspace subscription. Failure to comply with activation procedures may result in the forfeiture of the promotional offer.
• Cancellation Policy: Once redeemed, the promotional offer is considered final. Cancellations or refunds on the promotional subscriptions will not be entertained unless specified otherwise in the voucher conditions.
• Changes and Modifications: Oryon Networks Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice. This includes changing the offer, eligibility criteria, or the maximum number of eligible customers.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any disputes arising out of this promotion.
